"The Pacom solution was initially acquired for security, but thanks to its strength and stability, it has permitted us to save significant costs – not just with phone lines, but also with the removal of recurring costs associated with monitoring and administration. Other areas of the bank like automatic tellers and energy management also add value to the integrated solution."
